Thanks for submitting! Local Pork, born and raised in Red Creek NY at Teasel Meadow Farms. Our pigs are fed an all vegetarian diet as well as forage from our woods and pasture. We carefully select genetics for meat quality. Fat content, marbling, combined with muscle quality makes superior pork.
